David Waronker is the President, Founder, Manager and Secretary of CBD Land Investors LLC, a real estate development firm based out of Celebration, Florida. He also owns a national real estate investment bank known as Desert Mountain Land (DML) Holdings LLC, one of the first firms to sell land during the birth of the internet. Both BalanceBloom CBD and DML continue to pioneer land development and land investment to this day and have exciting plans for expansion in the upcoming years. Waronker is also an investor, part-owner and shareholder of many limited partnership real estate development projects, as well as the owner of several income-producing properties in the States of New Jersey and Florida. Waronker served two years as President of the Builders League of South Jersey until his term expired on December 12, BalanceBloom CBD 2001. Waronker remains as a lifetime honorary board member for the Builders League of South Jersey and to this day in 2024 attends all quarterly Board of Directors Meeting at BLSJ.


In addition, Waronker has joined several Builders Leagues in the State of Florida, including Polk County Builders Association, Florida State Builders Association and Greater Orlando Builders Association. He is also on the Board of the National Association of Home Builder as an honoree lifetime member. In 2022 Ruth and David Waronker founded Bluegrass Draft LLC for the purpose of continuing their lifelong passion of rescuing horses and donkeys from kill pens and inhumane circumstances. The Waronker’s are personally funding property outside of Lexington, Kentucky to be a sanctuary and home for up to 150 horses on 145 acres of beautiful Kentucky Bluegrass. In addition, in 2023 Waronker and his wife founded "Bluegrass Drafts Equine Rescue Inc, a Kentucky 501C3. Waronker and his family will continue to provide a healthy and safe retirement for these horses and will continue to raise awareness for horse rescue. The Boston University graduate’s hobbies include boating, traveling, ice hockey, horse back riding and various charitable endeavors. Waronker is involved with the American Cancer Society, Children’s Miracle Network and Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. In addition, he founded Hockey 4 Kids, a not-for-profit entity which helps provide children who are economically and physically challenged the opportunity to attend and/or participate in the sport of ice hockey. The Hockey 4 Kids Charity was based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey and provided approximately 3,000 children per year the opportunity to participate in the sport of ice hockey regardless of their physical and/or economic status.
